Description
Pakistan Railways Headquarters Lahore invites applications for Legal Expert (PPS-10) under the project Establishment of Business Development and HR Support Unit, Pakistan Railways.
Qualification:
LLB or LLM with specialization in Corporate Law and minimum 16 years of education. Degrees must be recognized by HEC or PEC where applicable.
Experience:
Minimum 10 years post-qualification experience as Corporate Law Legal Expert.
Main Responsibilities:
Provide legal input in developing policies and plans for PPP initiatives.
Examine legal aspects of PPP proposals and projects.
Identify legal issues related to PPP initiatives of Pakistan Railways.
Provide legal solutions and perform other related tasks.
