Description
Pakistan Railways Headquarters Lahore invites applications for PPP Expert (PPS-10) under the project Establishment of Business Development and HR Support Unit, Pakistan Railways.
Qualification:
MS Engineering, MBA, MS Management, MS Finance, CA, MSc Economics or related discipline with minimum 16 years of education. Degrees must be recognized by HEC or PEC where applicable.
Experience:
Minimum 10 years post-qualification experience as PPP Expert.
Main Responsibilities:
Identify potential areas of PPP projects.
Develop policies and plans for PPP initiatives.
Process PPP project proposals and prepare reports.
Provide technical input and leadership.
Monitor and evaluate PPP projects.
Document lessons learned related to PPP.
